Verizon drops Omnia price to $199
News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - December 01, 2008

Just days after the release of the Samsung Omnia on Verizon, they have dropped the price to $199 (after a mail-in rebate). Perhaps they realized how crazy they were to price the Omnia above the $200 mark, and above the price of the iPhone. The Omnia is a nice phone but it's not MORE THAN THE iPHONE nice.

You get a $70 mail-in rebate which brings the 2-year contract price of $269 down to $199. Check out Verizon's web site for the details.
