HP is moving full steam ahead with its plans for Palm's OS. Despite recently saying that Palm may become a "sub-brand," the company is moving ahead with plans to put webOS on a variety of devices including smartphones, and netbooks. HP has apparently halted the Slate tablet project. According to TechCrunch, a "source tells us that HP is not satisfied with Windows 7 as a tablet operating system and has terminated the project."
